    Morning...coffee anyone??

    It's funny. I was reading down a bit and noticed the discussion about how we used to socialize more...I too miss the early days. I thought I'd try to get back into the spirit and see if anyone was up for a hot cup of java?

    I appologize for being "quiet" for the last three months. Been a bit depressed...haven't had a job since being laid off back in April. Getting to spend a lot of quality time with the kiddies..."Mr. Mom" Don't misunderstand, I'm loving every minute of it. Just getting harder to pay the bills and all...

    So, how is everyone? Norm...how's the little lady? Ken C. , how are you and Mary doing? Sorry to hear about "The Hawk". Make sure she finds a good home. Fred, been to the track this year?

    So, has anyone given any thought to SLP Day in NJ this year? We should try and organize...I live only a few miles away. I'd be happy to set something up at my house for those coming in the night before. I can't promise a four course dinner but I'll be happy to show a little "southern hospitality", northern style. Let me know...I can scout around for better hotels than you've had in the past...complete with hot water

      Is the SOMERSET DINER still there,they have the worlds greatest chocolate cheesecake !!!

      If so let me know,600 mile trip is worth it just for that!

        Fed X. LOL A radio station here in Atlanta ordered a pizza from some island over near England and had it overnighted here. They said it still tasted good.

                You know...I'm not sure. If it has closed down, which I don't think it has, remember, NJ has more diner's than any state in the US. Heck, we have a backery in town, Mendocker's, that usually ranks in the the top three every year in central NJ. I bet you'll dig there cheese cake just as much
