wicked scraping

I put a Wings West air dam on my 97 RS & it looks great, but the new air deflector that came with it scrapes everywhere. I'm thinking of cutting a 1/2 in off it & maybe upgrading the struts. Anyone else have this prob?

our stock dams bust and scrap everything already...I wouldn't cut it or mod it cause it scoops air up into the radiator and ac condensor...

you may have some over heating issues if you do...try mounting the OEM dam and see if that works...

I assume they sent you another dam so it extends farther than the chin spoiler so it can scoop the air...

if you want to stiffen up the ride, get some struts...it'll help with bottoming out...but if you're ride is lowered...you can't do anything about it...
