Panhard bar ???

I have a reenforced panhard bar that I'm looking to sell to a buddy, but since she is not familiar with mods, I need to know the best explanation on what the reenforced bar will do to improve handling.

A reinforced rod will not flex in heavy cornering making the rear end more stable with a more progressive breakaway.

also, if she is lowered she can re-aligned the rear axle with the body, if its an adjustable bar
