With the polised Corsa tips, the soot and sludge builds up quickly... I have to wipe it clean every morning before I go to work. The funny thing is... the left side gets WAY dirtier than the right side. This suggests to me that the right side isn't flowing as well. Is this typical - or indicative of a problem?

It's typical, it is because the system by it's design (not intentional but because of space) is not balanced or equal on both sides. So it is easier for the gasses to escape from one side than the other.NBM '02 Z, SLP Lid, Corsa Cat-Back
