The Z is getting a new home. Well, more like a previous home..... 
I got a call from the lady who gave over the title and the Z, the shop that was working on her car says it needs a new motor. She asked if I could take a look at it just to verify it and sure enough, it's toast. Lots of miles, lots of leaks, lots of smoke, etc. No way she can afford it, so...... I'm putting on a spare set of tires and I'm giving her back the Z. As much as I would want to keep it, she was kind enough at the time to let it go back to me, and as needy as she is right now, it's just gotta be done. Easy come, easy go. She is going to reimburse whatever I had done to it which really is just the impound fee plus a home cooked dinner.

Personally, I can't wait for the time things return to normal, if there is such a thing. Right now, I would just settle for a roof.
