transpak problems.

hi everyone.
I installed the B&M transpak in my TA 97, step by step.
And refill the trany w ATF fluid. (5 qts)
the problem is...the reverse it's not working

any help ?

There second time I had my 4L60E rebuilt I got it back and put it in the car only to find out that it would not go in reverse. It turned out that I had a broken sprag. I doubt thats your problem but I have one question for you. Did you attempt to install the Shift kit your self? I would have had a Tranny shop throw that guy in there, there are dozens of check balls in your valve body that may have been lost or not replaced during reassembley. also your linkage maybe fried. Id take it to a shop, there are to many things that may be happing with out pulling it back apart.

And you do know that a brand new tranny will hold 11 Quarts of ATF, about 5 are already in the converter but I would dump 2 or 3 more in. If you over fill it, fluid will just come out of the dipstick on your motor so have a rag handy.

Hi again !
I found the problem.

there is a little metal pin, it comes w the transpak kit,
that pin was in the wrong hole.
now the car is running Great !!!!

I would still put some more ATF in it, or youll be yanking that sucker in a month
