OBD-II on F-Bodies ...

I just found a nice basic sample of an OBD-II circuit, and thought about expanding it to a full fledged on-board computer for my 98 V6 ... AFAIK, the OBD-II interface was required for 95+ vehicles - acording to my Haynes manual, F-Bodies from 94 should have it ... can somebody confirm whether all (or which years/models) from 94 have OBD-II?
Also, I have a list of Mode 1 OBD-II standard commands/queries - is there a list of possibly extended or additionals mode commands available somewhere?

Older Style" OBDI Connector - 12 Pin, Rectangular Shaped, used on the following vehicles:
Up to 1994 F-body, Up to 1993 Y-body, Up to 1995 B-body, all SyTys, most other pre-1996 GM Vehicles

"Newer Style" OBDII Connector - 16 Pin, "D"-Shaped, used on the following vehicles:
1995+ F-bodies, 1994+ Y-bodies, and all 1996+ GM Vehicles
