  • No Start after ran dry

    The car is a 1987 Z-28 5.0 liter TPI been in storage for a while started to charge up the battery and it ran out of gas refueled and now no start!! Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

    I hope I'm wrong but you may have burned up the "in tank" fuel pump. Check for a blown fuse. If it is fine, then toggle the ignition key on and see if you can hear the pump running.

      That was my thought too. The pumps don't take kindly to being run dry.
