Can anyone get me the full text of a TSB?

My daily driver Camry has a problem and it appears to be covered by a TSB, but alldata.com only gives me the TSB number and title unless you subscribe. Is there anyone who has access to the TSb or can a Toyota dealer provide me with a copy free of charge? Any help would be appreciated. If anyone can help, here is the number, issue date, and title of the TSB:

This first link appears to be an updated and revised TSB. And, yes your local Toyota dealer can provide you with a printout of the TSB also.
