How do I safely remove the Z28 badges from the front fenders? When I bought the Z28 the badges had been painted over with a paint pen. Is there a safe way to clean them or should I just replace them? If replacement is the way to go then where can I pick up some new Z28 badges?

Try Naptha. It is a solvent similar to Xylene or a Paint Thinner but safer on plastics and latex based material. Should remove the paint pen ink.
You can find it in Home Depot in the paint section where the other solvents are.
