    BMR Lower Control Arms - chrome/moly Poly/Poly = Race
    BMR Lower Control Arms - TCA001 - 82/02 Poly Bushi = street/strip
BMR Lower Control Arms - TCA002 - Poly/Rubber = street strip with less noise.

My choice fro the street is the rubber/poly. firm but less noise.

For absolute strip performance, you want spherical rod ends on both ends. For the street, one poly and one rod end is ideal.

The downside of the rod ends is noise, harshness, and the fact that even the best ones will wear out in a couple years.
