  • my friend crashed her firebird last night

my friend sara was driving her firebird make a left onto 24 from a small 2 lane road 24 in md is like a 4 land divided highway 4 lane total that is she made the left and it was raining really hard down her in bel air i was in the car behind her with my friend doug who drives a pontiac gran prix which i was in an accident with him where we did 60 into a forest in the rain well she went around the corner the second i saw it fishtail i knew it was gone becuase the first thing i did when i got my camaro was learn what it does personal expierence is the best teacher i also ride a lot of 4 wheelers and stuff so im not knewing to losing control so i went out and found out what happens when you lose control somewhere where no1 could get hurt if i messed up and my car would be fine so i refined the things i had to with my judgement and reactions so that if i was to slip out i would react normallly and have a good idea of what to do

nehow she made the left went around the turn went at about a 45* angle which isnt much you can get out of that if youve done it before but she hasnt she doesnt usually drive fast and this night we where in a rush to get to the movies she spun back another 45 degress luckily we where a good 50 yards in front of the line of cars when we made the left she hit the median bounced back across hit the curb on the shoulder and finally came to a stop in the left lane at which point she had no idea what to do so we had to tell her to get on the shoulder we looked over the car and the 2 right rims are torn to hell and the back right tire was blown but not bad just leeking a little bit enough that we could get it to her house beofre worrying the front right seemes to have bent back on its rod ? not sure if thats the right wording and it rubs against the rear of the front fender so we threw the dummy wheel on it and her parents came at which point her mom drove it home thank god every1 was alright i think she was a little to overconfident that she wouldnt get in an accident cause just that day she was bragging about how everyone else had been in an accident but her well is happens to the best of us

the firebird is alright though - the rims and the front right rod or whatever that is

Glad no one was hurt... on a side note I think that's the longest single sentence in the history of the written word. A little punctuation and spelling makes a story a heck of a lot easier to read... or decipher in this case.

        GTP Wreck

Speaking of wrecks, I recently was involved in one. My black 1995 Pontiac GTP (DOHC 3.4L engine) was hit my a girl in a Jeep. She was not going that fast and hit my driver side, it totaled the car (i was extreamly mad because the car is pretty rare and was in perfect condition and just had some engine work done to it). I guess it turned out for the better because I just bought a 1999 Camaro.
