NFB: New Sebring & Error code on CD Changer
I just purchased a 2000 Sebring JXI!!! 
Wife needed a car and we found a spotless one for $6,500. 69,000 miles but it's in great shape. I'll have to post a picture later. It's the first convertible I've owned.
Anyway, I'm getting an error code on the aftermarket 12 disc CD changer (pioneer cdx-fm1257) that was installed in the car. Error Code 80: No disc in the magazine.
Directions say the disc should be title face up. I've tried it both ways in slot 1, 12, and 5. I also tried hitting the reset switch.
The changer has power and will cycle to scan discs when I put the cartridge in. It will also show that it's scanning on the display on the interior control. Am I doing something wrong? Or should I try to see if it's still under warranty for some repairs?
