nfb: some old pics....wolf

we got a new printer/scanner/fax/copier.. so i played around with it tonight... (Reno was scared of it..LOL)
anyway..wanted to share a couple of old pics dear to me with yall. This is Barrow, he's a 99% wolfdog (a wolf for all purposes...the minus 1% is to make him leagal for a residence.. .LOL..
anyway.. i flew this guy out to Nevada from NC when he was 4 weeks old...bottle fed him on the plane, cleaned up after him in my lap... bottle fed him at the ranch (i was out there on work travel)... for the next 6 years i was out there and visited him 1 week a month... i became "mr mom" to him... when ever i came to visit..he went nuts... we had a special bond. the gentleman that owned the ranch and took Barrow was the man i got my first wolfdog from, Nikona, she's on my website..

the second picture is Barrow at 6 months. He grew up to weight 120lbs, 32" at the shoulders... when he wrestled with me in the yard, i took all my strength to handle him..we had a ball.

I've not seen him now going on 3 yrs. its my dream to fly back out and share fellowship someday.....

i had a full head of hair then, and it was alot darker... LOL...Barrow is now pure white. He's an Artic Wolf.

I didn't recognize you in that picture. For a second there, I thought Schneider was trying to hit on Julie and Barbara by bringing over a little puppy for them to play with (LOL). OK...now I'm dating myself. We all do remeber the show, right ? So name it...
