    HELP!!! My Wipers going crazzy!

    my wipers going crazy i turn them on slow they dont move, turn on at full speed the hazitate for 20 sec then work, when i twist it back for single wipe they just dont do anything.
    yesturday they did the same trrrhing but everything worked but the wouldn go to the resting position. btw today they only went to normal position but still dont properly work.
