I always try to remain either neutral or at least quiet, but I have to rant for a moment about Hypertech's technical support. When my old PC crashed, I lost my copy of the PC link program that allowed you to download the info from the scan cartridge to your computer. I still have the cable, but no program. I contacted Hypertech, first they said they didn't know anything about it. After I faxed them a copy of the manual, no return phone call. I called back and finally spoke to them again and was informed that it wasn't available. That's it. No help, no research, no effort, no answer except sorry, that's it. You just have to love customer service like that.
At least I can still read stuff via the programmer, but that is such a PITA that it is impractical for anything except some hit and miss reading and clearing of a trouble code. You would think that at least a copy was on disk somewhere. Grrrr....Hypertech should be named hyper-lack-of-tech.
I don't suppose anyone has a copy of that program do ya? If not, this is going to be a rather bulky looking paperweight.
In short, don't expect much of anything if you call them.
