Are you asking for a price just to have someone remove your old heads and install your new heads? Do you already have a new set of heads? Are they fully assembled? What is the deck height of the new heads? Have you figured out whether or not you will need shorter pushrods? etc., etc.

I am just guessing here, but just to have someone R&R your heads you will most likely just be charged by the hour. It shouldn't take an experienced shop more than 6-8 hours to do so. So it will depend greatly on their labor rate. Labor rates here in the greater San Antonio Area vary from $45/hr to $80/hr depending on the reputability and skill level of the shop.
