  • paint on tailights

    i've got some kind of white paint on my tailight it wont come off when washed or scraped. For some reason i dont think its paint because its not coming off. I was thinking of trying goof off. Will this harm the taillight? Anyone know? ANy suggestions to get this ish off.

    Try a little gas, or even paint thinner. It the chemical dulls the plastic just polish it with buffing compound to make it shiny again.

      a Claybar might be able to remove it, but can't say for sure.
