I wanna remove my formula decals on my door for a cleaner look. My question is if i remove them will there be a mark there or some kind of outline left around them. Does anbdoy know a good procedure to remove the stickers without leaving anysign that they were there. Thanks.

I had some stickers that were on for 3, or 4 years came off very easy with a hair dryer, and no residue, or marks, left behind, and the paint was all the same color. I was shocked at how easy it came off. Makes me wonder how they stood on there so long. lol Peeled right off all in 1 piece.

I removed me mine too...my emblem and the side door guards...much cleaner look. They are removed also on Blackhawks...

Anyway, I used fishing-string to take them off...if you can get under the adhesive, it'll come right off clean...a little buff with Zaino and it'll be the best apperance mod you'll do...IMO of course.

Another good adhesive remover is Zipo fluid for lighters, wont hurt paint either.

thanks i just peeled them off and already it looks cleaner. Im gonna go over it with some turtle wax bug and tar remover. It worked charms on my sidemolding removal. I like the look a lot better, a lot more sleek looking.

I pulled off those door strips and Trans am badging soon after buying my car. Make it look soooo much sleeker. I also think it looks way better with the bird pulled of the nose as well. Justy my two cents.

                  side moldings

my side moldings came of 2 days after geting my car but not through choice. when i got my car it had been in a light smash and somone had replaced the pasinger fender and forgot to replace the inner splash shield (wheel arch liner) i took the car for a blast hit about 125mph and i herd a slaping noise when i stoped i found that the air coming out of the gap betwen the door and fender had got under the molding and pulled it off and some of the gelcote so i temper i pulled it right off and carefuly removed the drivers side one as wel
