  • NFB: Who was here in the old format days?

A spin-off from the "Board stats" thread...

...who remembers the old format, and who posted there? I know I was there for about a year or so before it went to this new format.

I originally posted on the SLP messaage board in 1995 when I bought my first 4th gen. I was an adict, but I was a noob so I spent most of my time reading. I may have also posted on this forum, but I cannot recall for sure.

I definitely remember Ken from the SLP forum, though!

Do you mean the board that was originally on wj/f-body.net? I think that board was run by Robert McFarland or something like that. That goes back quite aways.

I was here with Ken/wolfman/Kerm back in 97 right after this board went active. I had my 88 GTA then. I remember meeting up with Ken and a few others at his place and cruising Stafford, VA. I was the only 3rd gen!

              I think I started posting in 98 as Jeff94Formula™

Then I took a break because I got a 95 TSi AWD Talon, but recently came back last year because of my 96 Z28..

Since '97. used to post ALOT back then, but it was the main F-Body sight. Now there are so many boards I don't have time to frequent and post on them as much as I used to.
