one question do the relocation brackets need to be welded on?
because they do bolt on. if so what type of welding should i ask for and look for when i get them welded on?

I've got the BMR bolt ons. They have an arm that sticks out and uses the bolt for the bottom of the shock. They are surprisingly strong and stable. They don't need welding on.
