Question for you knowledgeable builders. With 383 strokers you can three balance options for the rotating assembly: external w/ 400 flywheel, internal balance, or external w/ 350 flywheel + balance plate. Does anyone know why I should not utilize a balance plate with a 350 flywheel? This configuration allows me to take advantage of high performing clutches and a 12" diameter clutches.
