Need Information on HI-Performance

I'm the Ponyrider, I thought of this name for this reason. I have 5 friends that own Mustang GT and Cobra's. I think of riding them like the ponys they are. I own a 1995 Z28 that's going to ride them in the 1/4 mile. What I need from the Forum is good information on making my car fast. I need to go 11.8 in the 1/4 mile if that's possible. Tell want I need to do to my car to get there. One of the Cobra guy is putting a Kenny Bell Blower. Stock he run 12.9 so I project he will run 11.6 in the 1/4 with the blower.
