my friend has a 2002 v6 mustang. he decided that he wanted to make his car sound better since stock v6's don't sound all that beefy. so instead of buying a nice muffler, he decides to "straight pipe". are group of friends think that it sounds like ****. he thinks it sounds good. it sound more like a tractor than a car. any ways do you think this is stupid. ps its also closer to the sound of the rice than the sound of the muscle.

he should have just bought a nice muffler for it. not flowmaster, i hear they do more harm than good. i would go for borla.
who knows maybe he wanted to be cheap and just straight pipe it instead of buy a new muffler.
