Use a vacuum T and tie it into one of the vac ports on the intake. Not sure if there is an exact one, but that's usually the standard procedure.

Use one of the ports on either the passenger side of the intake manifold (fuel pressure regulator, HVAC controls) or on the drivers side (Opti vent, EGR vacuum). Just "tee" into it with a plastic fitting.

I would avoid the "ports" on the throttle body - the top one is not vacuum, its the air supply line from in front of the blades to the passenger side valve cover/PCV system. The lower one is for the EEC purge vacuum,, and I'm not sure it is a "full vacuum" port.

Shoebox has photos of the locations of all the vacuum ports.

        Driver's side:

For the paasenger side, you can see where the FPR vacuum line connects in this shot, and the nipple for the HVAC control vacuum source is right above it.
