Theres some Vette tires in a hawk shop I want to get but the sizes are a bit bigger than 265, anybody know how big I can go w/out giving up too much driveability?

Your 98 F-Body left the factory with 16x8" wheels. Most Corvettes have 17" front/18" rear wheels (the newer ones are 18"/19"). I don't think they have made a Corvette with 16" wheels since maybe 1982? So, if you still have your stock 16" F-Body wheels, you can't use a tire off a Corvette.
If you have changed to aftermarket wheels, let us know the diameter and width, and we can tell you what sizes can be put on them.Fred

Corvettes had 16" wheels from '84 through '88 on the base suspension. If you got the Z-51 or Z-52 susp. you got the 17" tires that where P275/40-ZR17.
