Can you change the rear drum brakes of a 94 camaro to disc? If yes, how much $$ and labor are we talkin? I really want them gone, newer camaro wheels won't fit, and i want to paint brake calipers but with drum.... not good. So is it doable?

Easiest way would be to swap the rear axle assembly from your V6 for one from a V8 model. That way you not only get the disc brakes, you get the limited slip differential as well - both were standard on the V8. You should be able to find a used assembly for $200-250. Its a direct bolt in. Bleeding the brake lines would be the hardest part of the job, and that's really no big deal.
