thermostatic control switch (fans)

i recently got a fan rewiring bypass kit. only one of my fans comes on while sitting in traffic unless i turn my ac on. i would like to run a switch that turns both fans on whenever i want from a switch i mount on the dash. how would i do that? the kit comes with all wiring and relays i just want to see what you guys have to say or if anyone has already tried this? thanks!
