    Edmunds has a very interesting article on car dealerships and salesmen. A new hire Edmunds reporter goes undercover as a car salesman in a couple of dealerships. It's a little long-ish, but well worth the read. One part that I particularly enjoyed, if only for the irony, is when the reporter ends up in a training seminar that sends him undercover as a buyer.
