im on the run right now otherwise i would give you the link, but at classic industries, i believe new t-top weatherstripping is around 230 and they dont have the rear bumper cover, but the front was 180 so i would imagine about the same $$$. So figure 410 for the stripping and the bumper plus primered and painted.
Hope this helpsblack 95 t/a, a4, beefed up tranny w/ higher stall converter, transgo shift kit, trans temp gauge, trans cooler, richmond 3.73's, loudmouth, hypertech programmer, 160 thermo, descreened maf, TB bypass and airfoil, trick flow intake elbow, underdrive pulleys, moroso cai, edelbrock panhard rod, bmr stb, slp sfc's, fiberglass firehawk hood, hawk pads, taylor wires, ngk plugs, royal purple fluids,...and hopefully more to come

T-top weatherstripping will be around $250, it just depends on what company you get it from. A lot of people on Thirdgen.org highly suggest new GM weatherstripping instead of the aftermarket weatherstripping. $850 sounds like a good deal for an 89 T/A, even with the problems it has.

lookin at 299 for weather stripping kit from hawks third gen parts. Make sure its the stripping and not the very comon leak in the center of the roof where the t-tops come together at the back. Rear bumper cover is easy to find at an auto wrecker, just find a good non cracked/torn one. Body shops like to charge alot to fix small cracks in the rubber. Rear bumper cover is less than $100 for a good used one. If its got the performance suspention badge on the dash its could be a WS6. Check the RPO codes or get GM to give them to you, you just have to provide the VIN. RPO codes are in the center console in 89.
