Thinking about black rims

I've been thinking about this for a while. I've seen them on a couple F-body's and I always liked who they looked, especially how the entire rim is black and the outer lip is white.

What do you guys think, too much black?

I've seen a similar look on other cars. I think it looks great. I like the center to be black and the outer rim to be polished.

I like the black on black - make sure you choose a wheel with a polished lip though! I like the ones you have but I am sure you are ready for a change!

Ive seen a couple TA's with black wheels and they look great. But then again, a TA with a nice chrome or polished wheels looks just as good to me also. Black TA's are nice with almost any wheel I agree too, if you do go black get a polished lip.

Never...LOL. I'm partial to black f-bodies, just could never get myself to buy one...but ah yes, black on black with polished lip. Killer look!!!

Eventually I would like to replace the stock wheels. I've been also thinking about possibly getting Black ones with a chrome or polished lip. The other choice would be just "plain" chrome ones.

is it me or does ZR1s just don't look right on 98+???

could be just the color combination...but it just don't look right for some reason...must just be me.

No good on the blue t/a, very nice on the maroon t/a, i think it'll look good on a black t/a.

I suggest to try and get a picture or photoshop them on before you make your final decision.

If you get them go through a guy on ebay that goes by AFS wheels. They have all the different styles, but they are very reputable. I just ordered at set of chrome Z06ers from him and the sales process was very pleasant...he answered all my questions and was very adamant that the quality was outstanding.
