I'm not a huge video game guy, although I do play sometimes. But, in 5 days Gran Turismo 4 will be released. I don't know about all you but I loved GT3. It's great buliding up the Camaro SS from the 3rd game. This game is going to have over 500 different cars all having the unique sounds of that car. I also hear that as you upgrade to say a S/C or a Turbo the exhaust note changes to the unique sound of each car. (or something like that) Should be the new best race simulator video game. (GT3 already has this title)

Hopefully the fastest car will be something other than the Suzuki Esuda Pikes Peak edition.

I man I have been a longggggg time for this. Me and my bro played GT2+3 for hours on end. We are aces at that game. We have GT3 85% done and we havent played it in a year and a half. Only the long endurances left. I cant wait.

I broke down and modded my playstation 2 and imported the Japanese version last month. At over 650+ cars GT4 is by far the best racing simulation ever. It is also the most realistic. I don't think there will be any differences between the Japanese and North American versions, besides the fact that the Japanese version is obviously in Japanese. The cool thing though is that it is only the main menu and options menu, everything else is in english so it is perfectly playable if you don't know any Japanese at all. There are a lot of fan sites out there to that have translated the main menu for those who imported the game.

I played the heck out of GT 2 and 3 aswell. Got 100% on GT3, it was a lot of fun. The only thing though I dread about GT4 are the license tests. They are much harder then in GT3.

If you read on that section, they only have 442 of the 650 shown. They're adding more and more. Its about time the Camaro's sibling made it on there. That'll be my second car...after the GNX

Yeah well i hope the T/A is on there and the new vette. I also hope that when you change the exhaust on v8 cars in the game, they dont sound like complete junk.
