In all seriousness, I want to thank all of yall for another fantastic year of friendship from the members here, you guys just plain rock. With all the other f body and car forums out there, ......nobody holds a candle to upfront and great bunch of personalities on this forum.. each of you add your "arrow" to this "quiver" of knowledge and downright fun and frienship here.... when the times get rough, everyone here is beside the one stricken...and that says alot... and everyone takes the time to take interest in others posts about nfb stuff... thats true friendship...
So.. gonna whip up the blender and stuff it with suppliments and bran and whey protien.. mix up a power concoction and slam it down. going to the gym around noonish.. Mary is doing a home check for placing a golden retriever out in King George County Va so we figured w'd "carvan" with our Envoys down south I95 for 23 miles before she peels East and peel West...
Sirloin steak terriaki for dinner with baked potatoe stuffed with hot peppers and cheddar cheese.... in front of the tv with a glass of Merlot and "Alien vs. Predator" the DVD... LOL
Gonna pull the Hawk out and fire it up this afternoon, and take her for spin around the block before she goes back to bed to sleep off the rest of winter.
