Finally found a shop that treats my Jeep like their own

I've been taking my 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL to various garages around Abu Dhabi for the past two years and honestly the experience has been hit or miss. Some places used the wrong oil, another forgot to tighten the lug nuts properly which I discovered later by accident. A coworker recommended a place that offers Best-in-Class Premium jeep Service Mussafah and I was skeptical at first because everyone claims to be the best. But I gave them a shot for a full fluid change and inspection, and the difference was night and day. The service advisor actually knew the difference between the 3.6 and the 2.0 turbo, showed me the old parts without me asking, and even pointed out a small coolant leak I hadn't noticed. The invoice was clear with no hidden fees. I'm not saying they're the cheapest but for the peace of mind and the attention to detail, I think I've found my forever shop. Has anyone else had a good experience with premium service centers in Mussafah? I'm curious if this level of care is the norm or if I just got lucky. Also wondering if they offer any kind of loyalty discount for regular customers. Anyway just wanted to share a positive story for once instead of the usual complaints.
