I couldn't make sense of that sentence totally, but yes the mitsu eclipse, eagle talon, and plymouth laser were all hte same car. And yes, they all used the mitsu 4g63 engine. Some came with SOHV N/A, DOHC N/A, DOHC Turbo.

Very good engine though, despite the problems.
