I don't want a FWD. Thats a powerful FWD though! I am going to take my time on this decision, so your ideas are appreciated and taken into consideration.

    Thanks

Oh yeah, Leather has to be an option... so no STI. The new WRX comes in a limited package that has leather, sunroof, blah blah blah, but the STI does not.

2005 GTO, Quicksilver, 6-Speed, DynaTech LT's and thats it. 366.6 hp/366.7 tq last time I checked.
    Sold-1995 Dark GreenTrans Am, Auto 63K. BBK Headers/off-road y-pipe/Hooker Exhaust/LPI CAI/Hypertech...need some money!!!

I'm just jelous. I have to drive my car in all kinds of weather, being that it is the only car my wife and I have. Zaino is my mobile garage. More power to those who can pamper their cars! But I reserve the right to rib them when the opportunity presents it'self.

Yeah, I also agree. I got caught in the rain once or twice in my T/A and hated the feeling. I think, I may just have to wait, hold on to this vehicle and save so I can have a nice daily and a nice fun car....

I spoke with a couple of GTO owners I happened to meet at my son's school. Both were, ahem... women. They are using them as daily drivers and are very impressed with the overall car. They have the same opinion of the back seat. I still say that's a small price to pay for a nice daily driving play toy. Heck, my T/A was 30K back in 97.

If you go with one of the 5.3 FWDs, make sure you get the extended warranty because you will be guaranteed a transmission overhaul in the not so distant future. The 300C and the Charger R/T are vastly superior in every way.

I loved the GTO on test drive, and since it's a dog getting into the backseat and not a person, that's not as much of an issue. Just get something to cover your seats.
