thing in all my activity is that I am affiliated at BidPay and I have a purchase protection
account for 10,000$.This money is for refunding my customers in case they are not satisfied
with my selling activity. The financial part of this deal will be manage by them. They are
acting like a third party in this deal. They will keep the payment until you receive and
test the car.First you will send the payment to BidPay.As soon as I have the confirmation
from Bidpay that they received the details regarding the payment,i will start the shipping
procedure. After you receive and inspect the car,if you are satisfied with it, you will
have to send an email to BidPay and tell them that everything it`s ok.Only then BidPAy will
          release the payment to me.
Also if the car is not in the condition as described and/or documents are not legitimate,
and/or for any reason you are not satisfied with car they will refund you 100%.You have 30
days money back warranty,i mean ,if in 30 days you will change your mind you will resend
the items to me on my expenses. Please take into consideration that I will get paid only

My best wishes and I'm your response so we can move forward with this deal.

I was checking out BidPay and although they do look like a nice place to do business, I do not think they offer an escrow or holding service for transactions.

I have used https://www.escrow.com for automotive transactions in the past with good luck. They offer a complete service where they hold the funds until told to release it.

You are welcome to see if BidPay does offer such a service, but I was not able to find that on their website anywhere. They look like all they do is transfer the money, they don’t hold it.

Let me know what you come up with.

          Tracy
I was hesitant to give my personal info, but what the heck, it's in the friggin phone book. one thing that is fishy already, is that BidPay is not an escrow service. From what I can tell the payment goes directly to the seller sort of like Paypal?? That's not cool.

              Hi,

I am glad to hear that you are interested about my car.The car is in perfect conditions

without any scratches or other mechanical problems. The price for the car with shipping

be registered into your name. Also the car will arrive with all the documentations required

for registration.I will ship the car and I will pay the shipping costs.I live in Germany so

the car will be shipped from here.I bought this car from US but when i tried to register

the car in here they said that i can't register a car that has US emissions.I sell it so

cheap because i can't find a buyer in my country.I want to sell it in US because the car is

still registered there.I want to take this opportunity to assure you that this deal is 100%

legitimate, the financial part of this deal will be manage by a third party,in this way both

TraceZ, BidPay is NOT an escrow service. If you pay them, you will not see your money back!! And you will see no car! Notice how, after you mentioned escrow.com to him, he completely ignored the comment and kept pushing Bidpay? He's not going to do the deal if you don't use BidPay, otherwise he knows he won't get the money.

Just wanted to let you know that I couldn't find a phone number for BidPay online, but you can email them from their website. You just have to click in the "service assistant" and then say you need more help and the email form will pop up. Good luck.

                    Under Bidpay's consumer fraud section:

                    "Transaction Tips:

Make sure you know to whom you are sending a payment. Be wary of third party "collection" or "holding" services unless they are a reputable, licensed escrow service. BidPay is not an escrow service, should not be used as an escrow service and is currently not affiliated with any escrow service.
BidPay is a payment service only and is not responsible for the delivery or quality of goods purchased from another person. If you have a dispute regarding an item you've purchased, please contact the auction site you used to bid on the item. See the terms and conditions that apply to your use of BidPay. "

It's a fairly obvious scam, but I don't think we would want to see anybody, no matter how naive, caught up in this. In case anyone's interested, here's a site to the FBI Internet Fraud Complaint Center.

                      Also from Autotrader:

What should I do if I receive a suspicious email?
If you receive a suspicious email that appears to come from AutoTrader.com:

Don’t just delete it! Report it to us first.
Forward any suspicious email message you receive to customersupport@autotrader.com.
Don’t change the subject line or send it as an attachment—doing so could hamper our investigation.
If you’ve been targeted by a spoof email or other form of online fraud, you can also bring it to the attention of federal and state law enforcement agencies by filing a complaint with the Internet Fraud Complaint Center.

Next step to be taken: The buyer must send the payment to BidPay verified agent Gandes Plonept

You have to make the payment through Western Union Money Transfer service. If you are not familiarized with the Western Union money transfer services please visit: www.westernunion.com. If you want to locate the nearest Western Union Office in your area please click here. You have to pay with cash at any Western Union Office. Go to one of them and send the payment in cash to the name of the BidPay verified agent , available to United Kingdom.

However, Western Union Money Transfer is designed mainly for sending cash to friends and family in need, so telling them you are sending the money for an BidPay agent or a internet auction will prevent your money transfer to go through and you will be unable to complete this transaction.

                              3 easy steps:
                              1. Locate the nearest Western Union Office

                              2. Make the payment with cash using the above BidPay Agent details.

                              3. Send the following details from the payment receipt by fax at +1 (888)-395-2205 and by email support@bidpay-secure-transaction.com:
                              - MTCN number - 10 digits number from the payment receipt
                              - Sender's Name and Address
                              - Amount transferred (USD $5,500.00)

Once we receive the payment confirmation and our representative confirms everything is well done, we will instruct the seller to start the shipping process. We will hold the funds until you send us your confirmation that you are satisfied with the product you received. As soon as we receive your confirmation we will release the funds to the seller.
