I bet that thing cant stop if it has to. Look at the size of the lever arm that is acting aginst that tiny disk brake on that front wheel.

Thats the first thing I think of when I see those....umm......cars(?) around. A friend of mine works at a tire/rim shop. He says people always finance big rims and tires. He tries to tell em they need bigger brakes but they almost never have enough for em. Usually just enough for the wheels (with a discount of course, they always want something free) But anywho... Disgusting yet unsuprising...
