And it makes the exterior just that much worse. I'm sure GM will make some changes to the 5th Gen spaceship.......<cough>......Camaro!

I haven't seen link posted on this forum yet. Looks like it'll have the LS2 SBC. 400 HP. 14" rotors. Looking good.

LOL, this concept grows on me the more I see it. Silver or black I think is the color of choice.

Hmm...400 hp, 4 wheel Independent suspension, 14 inch brake.....I know its just a concept but sounds good to me. I love the look of this car. But I too believe the interior is....um...futuristic.... When the final car is released, I would like to see the pricing. That, for most, will be the determining factor. Oh and for everyone who thinks the Gto is bland, doesn't this satisfy you any? Sheesh...

                        Where do I sign.

Now I have to decided if I continue to dump money into my 91 RS or I just leave it alone becasuse I will sell it when this comes out. (Never thought I would say that)

                        Only complaint is the interior.

I think the interior will be modified (along with some of the exterior) by the time the production version comes out. I don't hate the interior. It's a good basis to start with. However, it needs work. I'm sure I'm in the minority on that, but I just want to see what it looks like at production time.

Just a thought on the interior

Kids these days like technology and gadgetty stuff. The Camaro has always appealed to kids, and it was that loss of appeal that got it cancelled in 2002.

I think an interior that looks futuristic and is full of gadgets might be what the car needs to get the youth market interested.

We need kids to dream about owning this car when they are in highschool, that way they will buy one as soon as they can afford it. This car needs to have something special about it that makes it cooler than a Honda. This tricked up interior might be just the ticket.

GM needs to sell alot of these cars, and the target market needs to be young.

Only thing is the LS2 will be 5 years old by the time the Camaro is released. That's sad. 400 HP just won't cut it by then. By then, the Challenger(if it's still around)will still be sporting a stronger Hemi than the LS2.

I am all for the effort that GM is making to bring back the Camaro, but I just wish they would do it right and do it orginal; not copy Daimer Chrysler's designs. That is very disappointing.

This is the one that GM missed out on:
