I've Been bad, very bad

I left work today early, as there was nothing happening. so I decided to take a trip to the next town to mine....


I was crusing along (wish id used cruise control) no traffic on the road, nice dry sunny day, but didnt realise my speed was creeping up


It was then I looked in the mirror Blue flashing lights


He clocked me with a "Pro laser III" at 101mph


He couldnt issue me with a fine or points cause its over 30mph over the limit (70mph) so Ive now gotta go to court, could face loosing licence, fine and points on my licence. Also have to pay for a solicitor.


So this all is going to cost me alot of money, and could end inme loosing my licence.


So Ive learned one thing, watch my speed...

I'm suprised that he didn't just give you a ticket with points. Like say you were going 29 mph over. That way you get the ticket and points, but keep your license. Weak man.

Man ive got a snooper, reasonably top of the range one... but he got me with a laser gun, he was parked up on a bridge/slipway, so he was wellout of sight, got me from behind/above....


The snooper has 360 degree vision, but with laser it is only transmitted when police pull trigger, so when laser is detected by radar / laser detector its too late...


Like you say, need laser / radar jammer


... but shurly these are illegal?
Costly? difficult to fit?

He said cause im over 30mph over a speed limit then he cant give a fixed penalty...

Also because its in 3 figures (101mph) it instantly has to go to court

29mph over i would have had 4 points and 150 pound fine.

But now it could get nasty! Ban, high fine, 6 points...

any cop I know would have knocked it down 2 mph to 29 over so you'd at least keep your liscense. He could've written down that he clocked you at 99 if he waned to.

if it gets nasty in court ask for the calibration papers on that laser gun, maybe they are out of date and then they have nothing

Look on the bright side. Sounds like your transmission is working OK

Maybe tell the judge that you spent 6 months trying to get your trans fixed and you had to try it out on the open road.

if u present urself very well, dont interupt, show up dressed as it was a interview, and just be polite a judge will help u out. i should kno, i went to my buddys 1st and 2nd court apperance and the 1st time he was rude and whatnot and got hit hard, 2nd time did all that stuff i said be4 and had it reduced to a traveling 2 fast for condtions
