Long story short/ the problem:
My toe is broken and I'm not sure what to do. Icing it to bring down the swelling is given, but now what? Tape it? To the best of my knowledge, there's not much you can do for a broken toe. Any advice would be great as I'm sick of it already and it's only the second day. Obviously it's not going to cure overnight, but anything to speed up the process. Thanks guys

The story:
Yesterday was my first class as a member at my Muay Thai academy. I felt like a little kid on Christmas morning. They hold two adult classes on Mondays and Wednesdays and one on Fridays. Yesterday was Monday and I decided to go through both classes. While we're all training, we take the heavy bags down to make more room. When class is over, they're put back up. After the first class, I was hitting the bag, working on kicks, knees and punches. I threw a kick, then as I came down I wound up putting all of my weight onto the little toe on lmy left foot. I knew something didn't feel right. I went through the next class, then stayed after to hit the bags some more (in case you couldn't tell, I'm really into it). I noticed that my toe was swollen and turning purple. I figured it might be broken, but it didn't really hurt all that bad. By the time I got home, the whole thing was purple and it was extremely swollen. I can't move it. It's broken and looking at it makes me want to put someone through a wall. I'm extremely angry. At least it's something insignificant and I can still train. If it was the big toe, that would be a problem since you put more of your weight on that.
