I know a couple people who could probably do the embroidery work and my dad could probably whip up some logos as well.

For winter time too I'd definately sport a pair of f-body.com mittens!!

It'd probably be expensive but you could get some windbreaker style jackets made too as another idea (if it hasnt been said i forget what the rest of the pages had said)

We've got a place at work that does our embroidery on polo shirts and windbreaker style jackets, sweatshirts, etc. They give us volume discounts so I'm sure they could do our stuff if we wanted. I'd just need a logo to give them.

**EDIT** They're doing a run for us at work right now actually, and I think prices are something like $14 for an embroidered sweatshirt and $38 for a nice quality embroidered windbreaker, not the really thin plastic kind. Of course, there'd be a couple bucks for for shipping, but still reasonable I think.

How about an f-body t-shirt. But it like a big johnson design. You have a black or red TransAM With a cartoon version of wolfman by the drivers door with a girl on each arm. All we need is a funny slogan.

          Something like this

          Minus the rebel flag
          96 Camaro Z28/A4,Vortech elbow,Moroso CAI,Flowmaster.Addco PHR,LCA,160* Stat,pcmforless,1LE Driveshaft,1LE A/C delete pulley,1LE Front sway bar,Strut brace,sub frames, LT4 knock module,255 lph pump,Cutout,

Wrong!!!! I think the idea of wolfman is funny ... HOWEVER... the girls on each arm is not something that the girls on this forum would like... would you wanna wear hot guys on your t-shirts?

How about a shirt with a play on the words DRIVE RESPONSIBLY... Funny t-shirts that seem serious at first glance are always good!

I don't mind designing some more logos to give everybody a chance to vote, but I think we need to have some commitment from a significant number of members first. Design work can be very time consuming and my time is already very limited.

Some people saw my ideas for logos on this thread:

                  http://f-body.com/forum/showthread.p...hlight=t-shirt

I'm open to any ideas so let's hear them!

Absolutely... We need to make sure commitment is there. I could even throw some designs together. I wouldn't mind doing it at all, but we need to know if enough people will buy it first.

I'll add to Tracy's count and take a couple t-shirts and a sweatshirt. If we can do child sizes as well, I'll take a few of those.

Anybody that wants to create some logos should do them in AT LEAST 300dpi resolution(74 is the default for Photoshop and Illustrator) and it needs to be done in a type of vector rendering environment. That's the only way to commercially print the logos and make them look professsional.

                        I use Adobe Illustrator.

Or, someone can send me a bitmap or even a jpeg and I can duplicate the design in Illustrator.

I am going to use this as an excuse to go buy a new PC so I can do some heavy duty graphics rendering.

Circuit City is right by my house....I think I'll swing by. I've been eyeing one of the new HP's. The a1450n I think.

I would have to send it to you as a bitmap file as I don't have a program capable of rendering anything that high. I have a couple of ideas for the logo, I just have to put them down on paper, so to speak. I want to wait and see the level of interest first as I'm sure you do as well.

I would venture to say we would need at least a 40%-50% commitment from the regular members to make it worthwhile.

Maybe we should start a separate thread asking for members to commit to making a purchase.
