Funny. That's what I said the other day when I caught one out of hole. Sorry Wolfie, they are just a little to heavy for 400 horses.

I did check out the solstice the other day. Looks better in person that on film. I can't wait to see the saturn version. If that floats my boat, a Mallett version just may be in the cards.

I'm sure Mallett will do something with it... At least I hope so. I prefer the sharper lines of the Sky.

we agree to disagree there, palm boy.... alot of 05's and 06's are hitting the high 12's stock.......thats not to shabby...

yes, they are heavy, but from a roll on, they are killers, esp. the 6 speed.... it gobbles pavement like godzilla.......

i really dont care, i didnt buy the car to be mr. race man.... i bought it for me to enjoy driving...and its 50 times more comfortable than any f body ive ever owned...

Yeah I agree. The ones that I test drove had good power, no doubt that after 70 they start gaining ground on me. If my 97 were stock, I would get eaten. The GTO would be a great choice for a road car. A comfortable musclecar for sure. It still needs to go on a diet. I don't know of any muscle car with the exception of some of the rare factory strippers that didn't need to go on a diet.

BTW, Froggerella....... cut 800-900 lbs of fat off that car and she would be a true King of modern musclecars. Handling would be increased dramatically.

In it's stock 4 cylinder package, I'll have to agree. However, put your LS2 inside, and you have what equates to a Cobra. In that I mean a 2 seat roadster powered by an american V8 with gobs of torque and HP.

Get me behind the wheel and sports car, muscle car.... I'd be grinnin' too much to notice.
