    They really need to use the tree ..I have watched a couple of times and the arm waving start just sucks some one is always whining about jumped starts..maybe even let them dial in and then adjust the start but use the tree with no break out

      The engine is Mexican. The final assembly is done in Illinois though.

      BTW, your other car is Canadian.

          I am a die hard heads up person, but I have to admit, Pinks is pretty entertaining if you just accept it for what it is.

          Rich Christensen and the cast set out to make a show that would closely reproduce a street drag racing type setting. They also wanted to make the palying field fairly open and fair. That is why they negotiate 'lengths', time intervals, mods and other things. That is also why they don't use the time clocks or the tree. There have been some pretty wicked fast cars as well.

          The only thing I don't like is when they negotiate not using nitrous, reducing boost, and other silly antics. Run what you brung or go home!
