Anyone know a generic equivalent of Move Free? I'm going to get a bottle today when I go out to get my tuxedo (girlfriend's prom/ brother's wedding coming up in the next few months).
What I've been taking is the Wal-Mart brand "Spring Valley Glucosamine 500mg Chondroitin 400mg" pretty sure it's the same thing, it's been a while since I checked so I don't remember. Couldn't tell you how much cheaper it is either, I don't really pay attention to the price.

Also, if you have taken a lot of antibiotics over the years, you could have yeast overgrowth in your body. The antibiotics kill all of the bacteria in your body, even the good bacteria. This good bacteria, which most people know as acidophilus, is crucial to good digestion. If yeast, which is found in a lot of food and beverages (bread, beer, etc.), becomes overgrown in your body, you will suffer all kinds of ailments, such as sinus headaches, joint pain, etc., etc., because the yeast releases a toxin into your body., which can collect in your joints and other places. It can even cause a stomach ulcer. Most “Old school” doctors don’t believe it, but I have researched it and I have actually experienced it for myself, and a “New School” doctor was the one who told me about in the first place. So if you talk to your doctor about it, he may not agree with it for whatever reason, (like he wants you to keep coming back to see him and give him money ). I have had 2 different doctors tell me 2 different things on the subject of yeast overgrowth, and they both worked at the same doctor’s office

Anyway, you can replace your good bacteria after you have run your course of antibiotics (not during though), by eating yogurt- and I would recommend cranberry juice as well, during and after the taking of antibiotics
