I'm tired of the things going on in media. It's almost like we're dumbing down a society that doesn't need to dumb down anymore than it already has. Oprah! For ing out loud...I'm so tired it I'm bascially numb. We need a lot of help if we look towards "entertainment" for our news and direction in the world.

Are you trying to justify Jon Stewart as a good source of News and information? Come on now. I'm 21 and I know all that stuff is crap. Your greatest source of information/news is the net or News paper, Which can now be found on the net as well. Watching something on Comedy Central and trying to pass it off for News is not right.

Not a news source at all, as I get mine from MSNBC, FOX, and CNN but Jon does have some valid points.

I dont Watch the Show all the time, And yes the guy hold good points. I as well am an avid Democrat yet also Disagree with some of the dumb things he says but Im not going to take it seriously, b/c he has to do whatever he can in order to get those ratings.

Everything you see on TV with the exception of the History channel and SPIKE TV, and the Discovery Channel, everything else is about interior designing and girlie things this and girlie things that. It makes me sick.
