I am VERY attracted to any girl driving an F-body. It shows that they know what is going on.

No GM made the F-body a very fast sports car for the guys. Than Ford said the girls need a sports car to but not with that much power. So they made the Mustang. Now this goes back into the 60's when most of you guys an gals were not even here. So take if from a old guy that was there when they came out.An Ford said we will never put a lot of HP in a mustang. We do not want to get the girls killed from to much power. So now you know the real story.

Well, I was only 8 when the Mustang hit.
DeLorean insisted on girls in GTO TV ads to attract male attention. And a real tiger, too!

Mustang Sally did not drive a Camaro. But i was just funnin', girls and F-bodies rule.
I recall that the guy's car that girls hated riding in was often F-bodies with the cat hump in the Passenger footwell. My spouse complained about mine just last week, and I had another 70's flashback...

I may get totally flamed for this, but....

I don't hate the new Mustangs. Not even a little. I think Ford actually did a great job with it. Underpowered? Sure. If the GT is all we're talking about here. The thing I really like about the new Mustang is there are dozens of tuner companies who make the Mustang into an absolute beast.

Roush, Foose, Steeda, Saleen, Shelby, etc...

Go ahead. Flame away. I can take it. I sold an '02 WS6 to by an Acura TL afterall.

I don't like the current mustang in stock from the factory form. After some massaging...ie, saleen, roush, they do come back looking awesome. No flaming here...I want Ford to do well. Competition only breeds better products and service.

Agreed. I think the factory GT is a nice enough car as far as looks go, but the powerplant does nothing for me.

Ebay seems to have the nicest photos of some of the tuners.

EVERY TIME I see an Acura TL on the road I think, Steel sold his WS6 for that ride. The TL is a very sexy car in my opinion.

                      Thanks.

I know... I know... It's not a WS6 by any stretch of the imagination. It was one of the hardest decisions I had to make to sell that car. I wasn't driving it near enough as she was a garage queen. My daily driver was falling apart. I wanted something safer for the kids as well. I was pretty much set on the Audi A6 (used of course), but the TL kept catching my eye. I test drove both and it was no comparison. The TL just drives better overall. Plus it's loaded with techno-goodies.

Still... I really miss the T/A. I will get another toy in the next year or two. Whether it be another T/A, a used Vette, or the new Camaro or Challenger. I'd even consider a well taken care of tuner Mustang. A Roush Stage 2 would fit my price range.

The TL is the most desired car according to most surveys.
I've had 4 Honda bikes and ride a Sabre now, and I'll never doubt Honda.

I was always a staunch GM-only supporter. I would never have thought in a million years that I'd be owning a Honda product. Yet, here I am.

This is easily the most impressive overall vehicle I've owned. The T/A was impressive for what it was built to do. However, as we all know, the f-bodies have their share of "quirks". That's part of what makes them great in some strange way.

This car is tight all around. The interior is the most impressive part of the car.

Funny thing is, this car was built in Marysville, Ohio. The last three GM's I bought were built in Canada and Mexico.

This is my first GM product in 23 years, and I admire the 9 year old technology, and am glad to be back. Never owned an Acura, only Asian car ive owned is a Subaru...

Intercepts and Hurricanes are wonderful, and the Honda V4 is the best sport-touring bike engine ever made.

I almost bought a CL Acura coupe before the Camaro, but lacked funds and wanted rear drive...

See we can agree on something. The V4 pulls from idle to 12,000 RPMs. It doesn't have a power band like the inline 4s do. It's a much better street engine. I think the Hurican uses an inline 4. The old Sabre and Magna used the V4.
