    Congrats! Sharp looking vehicle!
I've seen 2 around here on the road, and a Sky at the indoor shooting range in Raleigh (son of the owner).

The Solstice and Sky are more like a Mazda Miata or a Honda Del Sol. It's sort of a metrosexual guy or a chick's car. I've seen a few around town, but not one driven by a man yet. I don't mean at all to sound insulting. I'm just sayin...

I can't envision seeing that car pull up at a gym, expecting to see some hot babe driving it but instead seeing Ken, looking like a professional wrestler. The image just doesn't fit. Sorry.

As long as you like it!

I saw an add in the Pontiac Enthusiat magazine offering packages for the base Solstice engine ranging from 284 - 447HP at the crank. They will be offering GXP packages "soon".

I think the cars look great. Park them next to a Miata or other "chick" sporty car and you'll see they stand out nicely, they appear and "are" larger, much more bold. My bet is that if it weighed 2400 lbs and came with 360 horses from the factory, the world would be hailing an all new budget world beater in terms of performance blended with style. A Saturn Sky or Solstice with a 500 horse transplant would just be sick.

indeed they are...Ken knows I jest.

I'd like to see an LS7 powered Solstice!

Sweet! That is beautiful, in black like that. I don't think you ever fully 'bonded' with the GTO-

Love ragtops, promised myself another one before I get too old to enjoy it- Don't know if I could give up the sound of the LSX engine through a cat-back, though. I love the V8 beat-

Sounds like the dealer knows you too well. Nice ride, congrats- And you don't need SP40, just some wild hat to show off your sense of style- something with a brim to protect your ears and neck, too-

I'm jealous, a little- How am I going to keep up....

Saturday Night coming home from Dunkin' Donuts on Broadway - closest thing to a car hangout here in Newport, I was luckily behind Ken's twin. It was a brand New 2008 Solstice GXP in black with the top down I tell you what - they really did a good job on the design the lines were perfect in the fading twilight. WE couldn't open up our cars due to traffic, so I couldn't hear the full-throttle exhaust. Now I just need to see the Saturn Sky cruise down here to make Joe happy I must admit I was impressed

Congrats on the addition to the Wolfdog fleet!

According to "Speed Test Drive" I was watching on the Speed Channel over the weekend. Pontiac will be offering a full line of GXP cars in the 08 line up including the Solstice, G8, Torrent, and Grand Prix. They were featuring the Solstice GXP, wow it was one sweet car. I think the wife needs a GXP G8, she just doesn't know it yet.
Tracy, 97 Formula, pretty much stock.

                              Congrats, Ken!

What a sweet ride. I know most people like the Saturn Sky more, but I'm a bigger fan of the Solstice. Cleaner, more simplistic lines. You made an awesome choice. The Goat was a fantastic car, but the Solstice is just made for cruising.

Are you going to get that wagon hardtop now?
