Well, it's good strategy to be prepared, but I am not sure that mush of this is just media hysteria, in part fueled by the impending election- got to discredit the current administration any way they can, so, when things turn around, as they always do, the new administration can take the credit-
Why should we taxpayer bail out a bunch of fat-cat bankers and financiers who screwed up, while giving themselves huge bonus' and perks, totally wasting the corporations they are supposed to be stewarding with their 'superior' knowledge and ability? Let the guys that were get 10 million a year and stock options clean up their own mess-2001 Z28 A4 - 160 deg t-stat, 3.42 gears, WS6 sway bars, rear springs and shocks, UMI SFC's, Torque Arm and STB, leather Firebird seats, Borla, SLP Y-pipe and lid, ZO6 cam and springs - 332 RWHP and 346 RWTQ, not bad for 'almost stock' - work in progress

At this point I have a hard time imagining I would re-elect any of the incumbents who let this stuff happen on their watch-
They are supposed to be all about 'leadership' and 'judgement'- yeah, right!
