It's kinda strange that most places are tightening up on restrictions while my little town just opened up to public fireworks for the first time since I've lived there which is about 20 years. They just don't like rockets. Anything else is fine.

There's some bridge in KY or a neighboring state that does a huge display on a metal bridge. I wanted to do that when I was with my first wife but never have. Maybe that will be something to do in an up and coming Independence Day.

Anyone ever heard of it? I'll google it later.

Found it. It's called Thunder over Louisville. Picture pretty much sums it up.

I know Louisville, KY does a pretty big display a few times a year. My cousins live an hour from there and go down in the spring every year for the Thunder over Louisville Air Show. Afterward, they launch fireworks either from the bridge or right next to it in the water.
